1. Definitions

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nasa77 operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot showing your name)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 require completed KYC verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawal Policies

Players may withdraw funds from their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: Rp 50.000.000 for verified accounts; Rp 10.000.000 for unverified accounts
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's name
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by nasa77
• Active Bonus amounts and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue:

• All affected bets and game rounds are void
• Affected Players will be refunded their original stake

• Players must report suspected malfunctions immediately via customer support

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues:

• All bets are settled according to official league results and statistics
• nasa77 reserves the right to void bets placed on matches with known outcome irregularities or match-fixing allegations
• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change; bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance
• Settlement of disputed outcomes follows official league rulings

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by nasa77

nasa77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You engage in prohibited activities, bonus abuse, or unfair gameplay

In the event of Account termination, any remaining real money balance (excluding forfeited Bonuses) will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and completion of all pending investigations.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All active Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited
• Your real money balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method
• You may not create a new Account for a minimum period of six months following voluntary closure
